HL.. you will not understand this for quite a time yet... you think you're reading this forum and taking it all in what's written, but in truth you will find.. that 6 months or a year down the line, you will re-read, and feel you're reading for the first time.
That is so understandable and normal.

You won't process that your husband is no longer with you, for quite a time yet, often it's about the time people think you've ''got over it''... .. the process is brutal.. but the comfort for you are your 3 children who have also lost their dear father... and you will also be their comfort too...
Grief is an abuser....
Feel free to talk, as much as you want.. don't feel you're a bore or a burden to any of us
