Tiny homes, motor homes, any kind of small homes.

I know this might enlarge a small house, but a dumb-waiter would be so handy (& in any house). Also, if you could install a stair lift seat to get to the other levels.

We knew a couple who installed one in their house for her Dad who had the entire second floor to himself what had a bath, bedroom/sitting room & a kitchenette w/o a stove. I hadn't seen one before & I thought it was great, small & compact, but did the job.

The video was very interesting on how each person did theirs.

I like the idea & look of the little houses, but I'm not so sure I could live in one full time. It would have to be on the larger side. I sure would miss my basement, LOL.
I understand because most of my life I lived in houses. Either in suburbs or rural areas. So I had plenty of room, inside and out. Now I live downtown in a small city in a 338 sq. ft. studio apartment. I had to adjust, as you can imagine. Now I like it. I think I could l live in one but I don't think I would like to be in a community. I would rather be in the country even if I had to get a car and start driving again.

I grew up in a neighborhood & my Grandma was our next door neighbor. Between her yard with 4 lots & our 1 lot, I had lots of room to play. Two of the lots were side by side & in my mind as a kid I thought of it like a tiny woods with a meadow. I knew when I grew up I had to be away from neighborhoods & have room. We only have 12+ acres with most of it woods & the rest pastures, but I know I couldn't live in town any more.
