Who has more fun, blondes or brunettes?

Tis The Season
Just a topic for chat. We had it before long ago here on SF.

I say that both have fun, more fun even lol

I've always been a brunette, medium browns.

At that age of 38, I colored my hair light blonde
for one year, just as something to try, nothing more
nothing less. It was fun. BUT for me personally, I feel
it did not suit me. Never blonde again, stayed brunette.

***This is just a lighthearted topic for fun.

Furthermore, it is worth mentioning that the preference for blonde hair might be influenced by other factors besides just youthfulness and fertility. As for instance back in a 2019 study, men were found to be more likely to choose women with blonde or light brown hair as potential dates, but they considered raven-haired women as wife material. It suggested that while blonde hair may be seen as attractive and youthful, it may also be associated with promiscuity or playfulness, which could influence its appeal. It was a thought.

So, in its conclusion, while blonde hair has been linked to perceptions of youthfulness/fertility this association may be influenced by a variety of factors, including cultural and media suggestions, the accessibility of hair dye, and social inputs that have been built over time. Hum well what do you think?

Yeah I'm blonde. Always had long blonde hair. But when my ex had chatted with a blonde I was like: oh well if blonde long haired are sluts I don't want to be that anymore

and I went to a hairdresser for men and asked a man cut. He didn't want to do it. He kept it a bit female. But it was nice short and the blonde was gone. More dark blonde/ brownish. It always got light blonde from the sun and he cut that off.

Years later when I got over that nonsense I let it grow out again and used blonde shampoo. Now I cut it shorter cause I'm too old, but I use blonde shampoo and blonde spray cause I like it and don't care what

anyone thinks and it is a great cover for grey plus my wrinkles show a bit less, especially when I just don't use glasses and have this nice built in filter.

I'm brunette and always have been. I never had the desire to bleach my hair. The thought of having to keep it up is frightening. 👱‍♀️

In terms of who has more fun, blondes or brunettes, you might cover both bases to ensure you have the most fun! 😊

I'll bet you look lovely and with your blonde hair shorter, Yeah many of us as we age don't give as much of a hoot
how others perceive us, our looks, and hair choices :)

lovely hair pics and covering both bases of brunette and blonde
can be a fun journey and these females and their hair are gorgeous imo.
And to ensure they both have the most fun ☺️;)😊

PS: you're a pretty brunette Bella, I saw the pics you posted when I
first joined here. :)

I've always had dark brown hair, going whitish brown now. And I can say I have fun most days ... and occasionally nights. Fun doesn’t stop, it just becomes better scheduled, sometimes requiring comfortable seating and a solid recovery plan.

But I think the real answer is simple: whoever still has hair is having the most fun.

I’ve known blondes who were wild, brunettes who were wild, and one redhead who should probably come with a warning label. Hair color seems less important than personality, sense of humor, and whether they remember where they put their glasses.

Fun isn’t in the hair color. It’s in laughing at yourself, not taking life too seriously, and realizing that hair dye is cheaper than therapy and works much faster.

Just my expert opinion. Credentials include lived experience and rapidly diminishing hair color.
