Do your back pains and discomforts worsen in colder weather?

My wife said thanks for the leads to buy fabric. There are some big material outlets in Philadelphia, but I hate to drive down there because Philly is not an easy city to drive through. It’s also not a very safe city. It’s not like it was 25 years ago.
Your most welcome, of course. Hey, if she can't find a reasonable price on waffle-weave cotton, she could sew a thermal shirt inside your robe as a lining...just cut it up the middle and sew the edges under the front hems. It wouldn't go all the way to the bottom, but it would hold plenty of warmth on your back, hips, and arms. Aside from her hands, those were my sister's achiest parts.

Here in NJ, the weather is nasty. We've had snow and sleet off and on since yesterday, and my back is killing me. The areas of spinal stenosis in particular are very bad, and my sciatica is also cutting up. Walking is a big help for me. I've always found that walking pain off is more desirable than taking analgesia. Aspirin is a God send for me as it is for any arthritic.

Normally my arthritis hurts more when it.’s wet and rainy but lately it hasn’t been hurting at all. I’m not sure what I’m doing. I know my tailbone hasn’t been hurting me at all lately and I believe it’s from the extra weight I’ve gained. It’s been cushioning my tailbone. It’s a remarkable difference that’s so noticeable.
My body seems to favour the extra pounds that I’ve gained.

That area in my body makes it difficult to even sit down. I cannot seem to gain weight these days.

This winter, I have noticed aches and pains that I haven't had before, mainly in my knees. Heat, rest and gentle exercising seems to be helping, if it persists, I will be having a word with the GP. I guess it's arthritis and time might be catching up with me :(
