This reminded me of a Pat Metheny song I first heard a couple of decades ago that caught my attention. I didn't hear the whole thing, nor who the artist was, but the haunting, beautiful melodic backdrop stayed in my mind. Some years later, when it came on, I knew immediately it was "that song" and made sure to find out who it was. Here's the version I heard both times.
I like his sound a lot. I loved this song so much that I had my son loop my favorite part (first play starts 7:30 to 8:20), so I could hear it over and over. In fact, I love the the person who posted it looped the entire song, so that it repeats and total time is almost an hour. Had you heard this one?I've been a fan of Pat's since the 70's.
