Has anybody tried Golden Milk to help reduce inflammation in the body?

I also use fresh raw pineapple for inflammation and pain. I usually just do what I call a pineapple fast, where I just have nothing except the raw pineapple until I feel better again. You have to be sure to get a ripe pineapple or your whole mouth will hurt way before it can stop the pain and inflammation.I've been eating pineapple for three days and the swelling and inflammation in my ankle is much better. Would it have got better anyway? Maybe, but I had forgotten how delicious fresh pineapple is and it didn't exacerbate my acid reflux the way so many fruits do.
