There's a comment posted on this video that says... ''we Brits could fool Americans into thinking we're billionaires by sharing a picture of our fridges or nightstands full of medicines.''

...and they are correct.....

This is not an attack on the USA, in any way... just information that you should know....

I know. Big Pharma at its finest in the U.S.💩💩💩💩
just shocking really... I mean we can't speak about poor Health care, to anyone else when our NHS is on it's knees, ...but what we can speak about is the extrotionately high charges made for prescription meds made to American patients..

if we can have it here and many other European countries ..at a vastly reduced cost.... (our prescriptions cost less thn £10, regardless of what the medication is, and no charge for under 16's , unemployed or over 65's) ).... then so can the American Government do the same for it's people... it's a national disgrace...

I won't start a political discussion. but as you may know, this is a very divisive issue here. There are some people who see gov getting involved as 'socialism' (a dirty word), or welfare (another dirty word). Others point to the huge waiting times for procedures in other countries with socialized medicine and look down on GB and Canada for their systems. "Medicare for all" has been discussed but again, no consensus on this. Even trying to lower RX prices is divisive because as much as people want that, a contingent considers it big government interference with capitalism.
Our 'national disgrace' has so many viewpoints.

You've made good points. I remember when the Affordable Care Act was being discussed, people got downright ugly! What....affordable healthcare for everybody?!! "They" didn't like that idea. I'm just the opposite. I have a great healthcare plan. I want the same for everyone else in this country if it's possible.
