Are all you tube videos subjected to this requirement now?
If so, I will no longer be posting you tube videos because more people are not registered on you tube and most people will not sign in to view videos?

When I try to view music videos I posted on here, some display the Sign in message while some do not.

I've always had to sign in to You Tube ... I just use my screen name (not my real name) and it never asked for an address or phone number, just email.

I have never had to sign in to view a you tube video.
Just his time that message appeared. Not showing now though, on the same video.

When I try to view music videos I posted on here, some display the Sign in message while some do not.

Sometimes I get that message, sometimes I don't, and have not been able to figure out what causes it to intermittently appear. When it happens to a youtube video that's embedded into a post on here, I right click it, copy the URL, open a new tab, and paste it in. There I can USUALLY watch it, but even there, not always. In that case, I have to sign into my gmail account. It's all very frustrating.

I do not stay signed into youtube, or google or gmail just to watch youtube videos - only when I encounter that issue.

Maybe I don't actually need to - I just stay logged in as Cali.... (shrugs) but it's never asked for address or phone number.
