Did not receive my checking account statement for Feb yet

I usually receive both on the same say. I received my saving acct statement on Friday but not the checking statement. I though it would come on Saturday, but it didn't. I was sure it would arrive yesterday - nope - and not today either. I called the bank's main office and explained what happened. They said to call the local branch who said to call the main office. I'm in a business ping pong game. Why can't SOMEBODY tell me what's happening?

Because nobody knows what the 'bleep' they're doing..

You can even find similar (conflicting 'info') in/on the news on various topics.

Do you possibly also have an online account so you can log in and check it there?

It's very possible it was delivered to the wrong address. Which means no one knows where it is at this point.

I had a check show up months after it was due. The postal carrier decided to check mailboxes at empty properties to make sure mail wasn't misdelivered. He found my check in a box numbered the same as my house but different road.

My bank statements are no longer mailed to me because of this very reason. The bank emails me when my statement is ready so I can go online and save it to my computer. I'd prefer a paper statement, but not if it means taking the chance on having it lost in the mail and falling into the wrong hands.

Same here- bank statements, and utility bills, too.
The mail system is absolutely outrageous, and don't want to risk missing something important.

Maybe because banks are changing their "Terms of Service" and yours is waiting til that's printed up so they can include it with your statement.

OR they're not going to mail statements anymore. A lot of banks stopped doing that to save on the cost of postage. You got the savings one because the postage was already paid and they were ready to go.

You might not get any more statements by mail. You'll get an email instead, with a PDF file attached. Make sure your bank has your current email address.

It may be due to the length of the cycle, February being a short month. 🤔

I would give it a couple days or go online and check.

I don’t receive a paper statement only an email notification that the statement is available online.

The only thing I ever really pay attention to is the balance to make sure that the bank and I are on the same page.

Why can't you go online and check it? I check my checking account activity online 2 or 3 times a week. I don't need no statement. The same goes for my Capitol One credit card account. I check that several times a week also. Don't need any statement either.
