We're finally getting some proper rain. We didn't get as much as usual this past winter, but I think the heavens made up for it with a little extra snow.
Anyway, we've had a nice steady rain for a couple days now and this morning it reminded me of my college literature professor posting in chalk what he said was the original April showers/May flowers poem:
