Great Grandson cruising Grandpa's Backyard

I was so happy to spend the day yesterday with this little soul.
I hope he didn't give Mom away by needing his phone to drive his car
I love watching my son be Grandpa, does my heart so good.
I actually ate 1/2 of a whole pork steak with the most delicious BBQ sauce on it - amazing!
James didn't want to eat until I pulled out the Reece's Ice Cream Cake for dessert.

I like his sunglasses and I hope they are polarized for his young eyes. Back in the early days, we never gave much thought to wearing polarized sunglasses, but today, most police and firefighters won’t touch sunglasses that aren’t polarized. I wore Oakley Eye Jackets.
They also helped when I went fishing. I probably broke or lost a half dozen pairs.

When he was getting ready to leave and I knelt on the floor for a hug and kiss.
I said I Love you and he said " Yeah" Mom encouraged him to say it back
he says "Yea" and nods. sort of like his Grandpa used to do too.
