I was thinking either the Beatles or the Rolling Stones...Who is the top music artists of all time?"
" I do know how to whistle Lauren... erm, I mean Lois."I was a trivia nut for a long time. My family and my late daughter-in-law's family would automatically get the trivial pursuit games out as soon as we were in the door. We'd go to pubs that featured trivia games all the time.
When I moved into this assisted senior facility, I ran trivia games a couple of times a week, but that no longer exists. Strange, but, while younger people are moving in, they are already on the cusp of Alzheimer's and Dementia, and are unable to participate.
I find it sad that Boomers are really losing it so early in life. There are a few of us in our 90s who have all our marbles yet and that interests me from a medical point of view. I am going to a birthday party next week for a fellow I've befriended here who is turning 100. He fought in the navy during WWII and the marines in the Korean War. Sharp as a tack.
I am not good at trivia involving the rock and roll business. Nor do I know one thing about recent movies or t.v. shows. But, give me that old time stuff and watch out.![]()
