Hmmm! Decisions, Decisions, Decisions!

It is a hard decision with me, It takes me awhile to wake up. then I need to eat.
I am just a little thing but it seems like I am always hungry.
I eat then I start to get sleepy again.

Then at night I try to make sure I am really tired because sometimes I can not sleep.

I would say #1. I enjoy the start of the day better.

Occasionally I am like @OneEyedDiva,
Last month I was not sure if it was am or pm. I had to look at my computer clock.
Only happened once, I hope my mind is not slipping.

And it's BOTH for me too. I like the part when the day is over and I can lie down and shut out any problems by turning on a sitcom until I drift off to sleep, and I get my best ideas in the mornings, and have a lot of energy as soon as waking. Unless something fun is planned, it's the middle part of the day I like the least. 10 AM - 3 PM is often a time my anxiety and stress kicks in.
