Adults behaving badly at a kindergarten graduation. Brawl over seat hoarding

A brawl broke out at a kindergarten graduation ceremony after a family was accused of seat hoarding trying reserve a couple rows for themselves. One person hospitalized.

A kindergarten graduation ceremony not a chain restaurant around midnight.

Wild brawl breaks out over seating at Catholic kindergarten graduation ceremony: video

So much for setting a good example. The children set the good example on this day. Hopefully they didn't 'learn' anything new from the 'adults' in the room

firstly I;d like to know why the children were there at midnight... second, I'd like to know why only one woman was arrested. Almost all of them were fighting each other, and one woman was getting pounded by 5 of them, no less than from the blonde who was laying into the woman on the floor with punches while another got some kicks in... they should all have been arrested ...absolutely despicable!

Only one appeared to be a person of color.............hmmmmmmmm

They weren't there at midnight but brawls of this type frequently occur at chain restaurants at night as people leave bars, parties etc. It's a US thing.

Blood, sweat and syrup: Why are there so many fights at Waffle House?

But yes the 'adults' behavior was criminal

I just finished reading this story on a news site. This sort of behavior is appalling. And I was shocked by what some of the adults were wearing; one woman appeared to be wearing literally pajamas and fuzzy slippers. WTH. 🤦🏻‍♀️

In addition to gym shorts. Can't even wear pants to a special occasion. But see it in places like Walmart all the time.

She was kicking someone on the floor with her fuzzy slippers. Kind of a low level assault.

I guess I'm old. I never even heard of a kindergarten graduation ceremony.......It's Kindergarten!.......Maybe it's just crazy snobby parents who like fighting.
Exactly my thoughts. When comes a graduation for the cradle or breastfeeding? "My son, congratulations, now you have graduated to receive breastfeeding by your mother ...". The mental insanity is getting worse and this worldwide.

That's what happens when you ask people to manage themselves as a group.

When I was a kid in Catholic School, they had nuns in habits who oversaw the proceedings. They had rules and those rules were made clear.

There were no authority figures present in this assembly. That would have been considered fool hearty in my day. You need a third party in disputes.

If the people will not respect authority then they would be asked to leave.

There weren't any adults there at all from the looks of it.

My wife showed me this on Facebook. Had I been there, we would have had several arrests.
Maybe the kindergarten kids could teach their parents how to behave at a gathering.

Happens all the time at cruise ship pools, hotel pools, Little League games, Traveler weddings ....

I saw a big brawl once. Disney World used to have a spectacular Christmas pageant called "The Glory and Pageantry of Christmas", a living Nativity performance that ran almost every night at the old Downtown Disney. It was free and extremely popular among both tourists and locals. Three shows a night for most of December and the crowds were tremendous.

My late husband was an actor in this pageant for 12 of the years it ran, so I would attend at least two shows during the run.

The second one show ended, people would surge into the area to snag seats for the next performance. They'd literally knock the departing people down, trying to get to seats. Of course, there were several groups trying to get the SAME seats. One night I was there, a real Donnybrook broke out. Punches were thrown, seats were tossed, curses were uttered. So bad, that the police showed up. Luckily, it was 1 1/2 hours between performances, so nothing had to be cancelled.

Ah, yes, the Spirit of Christmas. I'm sure there were "spirits" involved that had a higher octane than fruit punch. Nothing says love at Christmas like fighting over chairs at an enactment of the Nativity.

A guy I worked with had to design new communications cabling underground to the new Cars Land they were installing in Disneyland, Anaheim. He would begin the job of lifting MH lids and noting what facilities were currently in place. But he said when they opened the gates of the park, you had better be out of the way of the people charging into the park.
