The father of one of the Paris attack victims is suing some social media sites saying they helped ISIS by allowing them to communicate. That includes allowing ISIS to present propaganda, fund raise and recruit.

Unless these posts are reported I don't see how these companies could get away with censorship. I guess that's one of the points of the suit.
 

He might get a favorable ruling in Europe but I don't see results or enforcement in the US.
