The holidays are coming kids...woooof. What are some of your favorite sites to order from and why???
Me? I'll start...

Duluth Trading Company- A bit pricey sometimes but really well made stuff. Shopping for my eldest son, hubby and brother. Me too, they have women's shoes, looks dressy but fits like a sneaker yayyy. T Shirts for working men and women, longtail and no "Plumber's Butt" plus the t's last several years.

Northern Sun-Liberal minded and free thinking? Yup this is the place for you, Plus great close-outs and free stickers with order. I love this place!

Barnes and Noble.com- If they don't have a title they know a used bookseller who does. Sometimes the book is less than postage.

OOOOOOOOOOOOKAY!!!! I spent the last hour browsing Northern Sun! What fun stuff. Guess that means I'm liberal minded and free thinking. I already have at least 30 Peace signs, but what's a few more? I hadn't heard of them before. Thanks, fureverywhere.

Always liked Duluth Trading. My husband wore their work pants for years working in a woodshop. All their stuff is quality.

Got to be Amazon for me.

Their range of goods, speed of delivery and user friendly returns policy is second to none.

We also have a department store, John Lewis, whose on line service is also excellent.

Mainly Amazon for us. Diluth is good because my husband is a big guy, and there is sturdy stuff there. He gets the King Size catalog, but it often seems what he wants ends up being out of stock. If you like essential oils, diffusers and honey products try Glory Bee Foods. We have not ordered from them for a while, but they are good.

This past year was the first time I had ordered from Duluth and I agree that their clothes are well made - like LLBean. I really like the long tank tops - they even have a snap tab on the shoulder to hold the bra strap. Love that!

Amazon - to me - is the Walmart of the internet so I prefer to order from smaller shops. I still get paper catalogs and love paging through them but place my order online. Wireless, Signals and Computer Gear are fun and for children - Hearthsong is the best.

If someone cooks - Penzey's is a great spice catalog and has gift packs. I sent the salad dressing mixes to my son and DIL as a house warming. They loved it!

Sometimes it depends on what I am looking for. I will search until I find a store that carries it. Happy Hunting To All!!

Ebay, Amazon and Walmart just because their prices are sometimes better than Amazon lately on a few things and I'm in the market to replace a lot of home goods since my move. I've been hitting up Poshmark, quite frequently lately as well good for old and new women's clothing if you like to bargain hunt at thrift stores, but on line.

I can find anything that I want or need on Amazon

I buy most of my tech stuff - tablets, computers, smartphones on Amazon, a lot of my minor clothing accessories, batteries, vitamins, a whole lot of food, books, music, video. This week for instance, ordered or delivered, orange soda, saw palmetto, mint sauce, rice pudding, bitterness, toothbrushes, car mount for my cellphone!

I could certainly exist without it, but life would be more difficult.

White Flower Farm have some beautiful amaryllis for the holidays-many unusual hybrids that are simply gorgeous. Chocolate- mainly for cooler weather areas (warm weather requires special packing) Serogy's offer some nice choices.

A few more of my personal favorites...

Mental Floss-a print magazine and a website. For all things brainy and nerdy. They have merchandise as well...books, games, clever shirts. I have a lion one that reads "Eat Locals".

Drs. Foster and Smith-Every dog and cat accessory you can imagine and some you can't. Also fish, birds, even horses. They will fill prescriptions too.

Victorian Trading-Whimsical clothing and whatnot with a Victorian flair. Unique holiday themes as well.
