Spicy flat bread pizza for one

This is a fast and easy recipe.

Medium flour tortilla wraps.

One small jar of Aurora Antipasto Calabrese. I got mine at the dollar store for $2,00. It's quite spicy but I suppose any mixed vegetables would do the trick.

Spread a light layer of tomato sauce on the tortilla rounds.

Then add the veggies.

Grate cheese on top.

Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted or longer if you like it crisp.

The spicy part of it is still there. It would make a great appetizer and it's really nice with beer.

It is so simple I'm making different versions for lunch almost every day.

I would guess you could put almost anything on it. But I will share if I do anything different.
