Yep, that's them. Only she uses either sliced stuffed olives for the eyes, or cloves when in a rush.

I like meatloaf but I think I'd have trouble eating that.

Yeah, it's a good one. If you try it, you should probably cover the fingers with foil for most of the time it bakes. I imagine they'd cook a lot faster. I'm going to show that to my DIL, but the young kids might be TOO young to see that.

Well, I tried it. More difficult than I thought. Thinking along your lines about the fingers, Cap'n, I baked them separately. Well, I haven't tried to plate it yet, just took a shot or too laying in the baking dish.....





How awful, but it was fun. I made a meatball on the side so I know it tastes alright.

Looks pretty good...it's recognizable as a hand. If that's cheese on the top, I'd leave that off next time. Ketchup looks like blood, but cheese...idk.

Good idea baking the fingers separately. (I don't like using foil on food)

Thanks Cap'n. I agree about the cheese although I thought it would show up the BBQ sauce better (not ketchup). I wouldn't use the cheese again.
