On a cooking show, I saw chicken marinated in a baking soda solution. I've also heard that works to tenderize beef, also. Would this be advisable for pork?
I wonder about venison.....
Never heard of using baking soda either. Sounds interesting. Do you just sprinkle it on and leave it?
This is new for me too. Baking soda and duct tape...2 must haves should there ever be a post apocalyptic world.
