On Asthma and Vit D

I’m very fortunate to have health practitioners who are very supportive of my supplement use which I’m very pleased with. They all agree that taking vitamin D is needed as we age but especially if you don’t get out as much like in the winter months. They are also very supportive of my walking habits. It’s nice to have conventional practitioners who are not only accepting of a holistic lifestyle but supportive of it. Best of both worlds.

They are rare, most allopathic MD's are closed to supplements and of course never studied any...some maybe a tad. What gets me is how so many push calcium and it's magnesium that is so so critical for so much including our bones.

I've been taking a Solaray combo, 5,000IU of D3 and 50mcg of K2 for awhile now. Before that I took them separately at different doses. Luckily I haven't been sick for a long time compared to when I was younger. Both of these vitamins are beneficial for so many things, especially as we age I think it's smart to get the supplementation.
