Shows some promise but those damned thieves are awfully good at beating just about any deterrent.

As for the cars . . . we already have car alarms that everyone ignores and some do have tracking systems. MY solution is a car that explodes when some dirtbag tries to steal it. Sure, your car disappears but so does one more lowlife thief...
