Hello all. Hoping to find a group of folks that I can look forward to having meaningful conversations with while leaving out all the "crap" I have found at other sites. It is amazing how hateful people can be when they can hide behind their computer screens.

53 year old married guy with 2 daughters. I have been a machinist for 35 years. Have a small farm with my parents.

Well a lot of the 'crap' that you get on other forums is caused by differences in political views, we don't have a political section here , so hopefully you'll find this forum a lot more to your liking!!

Kind of farm? Any livestock and/or crops? I'm a former farmer on my step-parents hog farm in northeastern Indiana, back in the mid-to-late 60's.

Kind of farm? Any livestock and/or crops? I'm a former farmer on my step-parents hog farm in northeastern Indiana, back in the mid-to-late 60's.

We have angus cattle. Have down sized quite a bit with my parents getting older. It is hard for me to keep up with the farm and my job.

Hey Wardensville. I am near Grafton. My dad has been there for the WV bull test sale. I have never went. I know that is a real nice area of the state.

No cattle here; but we have had so much rain this year I am getting a Water Buffalo in the Spring. Should help with the rice paddies...<g>...
