Apple slices and crunchy peanut butter, my daughter loves it, I gave it a try and found it delicious

I was never a yogurt fan until a couple of years ago
I tried them all, prefer Yoplait,YoCrunch, don't like the taste of 'Greek Yogurt'

Oh man, greek yogurt is the only kind I'll eat. First of all because it's not as sweet as the other yogurts, and secondly greek yogurt has twice the protein of regular yogurt which is important to me. I eat so many fruits and veggies that I sometimes have to work to get my protein.

Kombucha. I'm surprised I liked kombucha.

I tried Kombucha once and it made me feel a little tipsy. I don’t drink any alcohol at all and I read that it has a little bit because of the fermentation.

As for the OP’s question...I like all food except not fond of yogurt, lamb or goat cheese. I’m surprised I found some yogurt I tolerate.

Halvah. Hated it, as a kid. Now, I really like it, although I tend to avoid sweets.

What's not to like? ;) JK it can be an acquired taste. I think some people can't get past the consistency of it so they don't really experience the flavor. It's pretty calorie dense though so I don't indulge very often.

I also love Halvah, thank goodness I havent really seen it anywhere but now I’m going to be on the look out for it...too bad it’s high calorie. That’s what has stopped me from buying it on the rare occasion I did see it somewhere.

Dang, I'll be on the lookout too now that it's on my mind. I should think TJ's would have it. There a couple Middle Eastern grocery shops in the next town I can hit.

Going to TJ’s this morning, will check.

On Facebook there is a private group I joined that’s called Trader Joe’s meal ideas for busy moms. Obviously I’m not a busy mom but they always post something delicious or new that I must try...

This morning I saw someone post a pic and there was black truffle butter shown....may look at that...hope it’s in my store.

Tuna fish salad sandwich with Swiss cheese and bacon on top. Crispy bacon on soft ice cream and recently I can't get enough of spinach. When I was a kid I hated the stuff. I thought it was tough and bitter. These days they have the fresh baby spinach that you can cook right in the bag. It made all the difference in the world.

Yum. I like the truffle mousse pates. I was surprised I liked them, too. Maybe I'll be surprised I like the truffle butter, if I ever get up there.

They didnt have the truffle butter :( but there is something I’ve been wanting to try but have been afraid.

Has anyone ever eaten Jackfruit? TJs sells Jackfruit crab cakes with the jackfruit taking the place of crab.

people who have tried it say it’s good and that jackfruit really has no taste and will take on the flavor of whatever else is added, etc.

I had the package in my hands but put it back....think next trip I’m going to go for it.

Also..no halvah :(

I was basically dragged kicking and screaming to a Liberace concert years ago. I expected to absolutely HATE it, but much to my surprise I enjoyed the heck out of it. That man could really put on a show.
