Has anyone managed to learn what's the worst vegetable and carb after 50?

And if so would they be willing to share, "what vegetable is (supposedly) poisoning us from the inside out, " and "what the worst carb after 50" is? Those ads keep poppin up & I just don't have the patience to scroll thru pages of more ads. Thanks!

I hate them and after looking at a couple I got wise and now ignore them.

Also, Heath issues are an anxiety trigger for me so I avoid anything that’s scary, lol.
