Oh boy. Can I relate. I go to all my appointments alone and there is really nobody to share my insecurities with. In Feb I had a procedure to clear an 80% clogged artery. Now they say it is 80% clogged again. How is that possible? I will find out if I live through it. They had to resussitate me...

I saw the foot and ankle guy this morning. After 5 weeks of wearing a "boot" he said I can be done with it. He showed me on the X-ray where 3 bones had been cracked when an object was dropped on my foot. Time to move on!

To me yoga is simply stretching. Some of the weird poses are just stretching different parts in new directions.

I bought 4 quart cans of Flex Seal to fix a leak in the sunroom and in the extension which my new roof didn't cover (literally and figuratively). Their ad with the leakproof rowboat is impressive. We shall see!

I really can't complain. We came here for my husband's job decades ago. There is a reason his agency relocated here in Atlanta. The weather, the airport, the universities, the hospitals, the demographics. But I miss both New England and the ocean and my traveling days are pretty much over.
