Blimey, it wears me out just thinking about all the stuff I'm supposed to do, and eat and not drink or not eat or not do. I never had this problem when I was 20, or 30 or 40 ... doesn't time fly!

What can I say that others haven't already said. But you're here ...with us ... telling us how you feel and I hope drawing comfort from being here.

I knew I was old when a nice young man offered to carry my shopping bags for me ... Except I was only in my 40's at the time ... and I would have taken the cutie home with me except, sadly, Mr Catscan might have objected.

I suspect it's a generation thing ... young uns like the social media type platform.. the one liners and the selfies. I'm afraid we're a dying breed who like a good old chat or debate. Nice to meet you Matrix.

I agree wholeheartedly ... too many people are under pressure through family, friends, work committments .. and even sometimes their own high expectations of their own abilities. Yet .. no one can be 100% all of the time. They need time for themselves .. even to learn, now and then, to be a...

There's supposed to be remedy for that .... rub your hands under cold running water and then rub them around your stainless steel sink ... I've tried. Can't say it worked for me though

Perhaps instead of us colonizing it we should send off all the animla in danger of extinction to give them a chance at survival. Heck, that was gloomy.
