Have you passed the 100th anniversary of your parent/s birth ?

I was just sitting here thinking that... next year 2026 will be the 100th anniversary of my fathers' birth.... he died at 82 .... but I hope to live at least to see the 100th Anniversary of my mother's birth which isn't until 2034... I was born when she'd just had her 21st birthday..... so in 2034 I'll be 78 ..

Yes, as one was born in 1921 and one was born in 1925.

Both my parents, born in 1920, would have been 106 this coming year. My Father passed at age 78. My brother, who is 7 years older than me, is now older than my father when he passed. Our mother passed at age 93.

I'm older than my mother when she passed... by 32 years..... my mum died at 38 years old...

I've passed both of mine .. one 1921 ... the other 1923.
My poor dad never knew his own dad as he died 3 months before he was born.... dad was born in 1921.
Oddly both died just before they reached 50 .. so one was born 1871 and died in the year his son was born in 1921 .. and he died a 100 years after his dad was born in 1971.

Yes, they lived to ages 95 and 96 and died about 14 years ago.

My mom was born Feb. 28, 1925 so she would have been 100 years old this year. She died in 1998.

My dad was born Nov. 4, 1902, so would be 123 years old now. He died in 1980.

Fun fact. My dad was older than my moms parents by six and eight years.

Next March 17, will be the 104th anniversary of my father's birth. He died in 1966, one day after his birthday. This October 17th, was the 97th anniversary of my mother's birth. She died in 1998, eight days before her 70th birthday.
