I started smoking at 18, and quit at 41. I had my last cigarette at the same time as my first heart attack. It's hard to quit, but to sound cliche, if I can do it anybody can do it.

This reminds me of happier times

To my knowledge, I've never received a senior discount, and I've never asked for one. To be honest, I never think about it, and usually forget I'm old. In my mind, I'm 40.

I keep anywhere from $1,000 to $3,500 in the safe as an emergency/Good Deal fund. Lately it's been closer to the low end as I try to pay off Dr. bills and such so I can retire someday. I don't know how safe it is, but nobody but you guys know I have it. ;)

I have no fashion sense, so I guess I'd be a "no" on those rules. I wear the same style I've worn all my life, a pocket T-shirt, Wranglers and in cooler weather a flannel shirt. I guess I dress for comfort.
