2 sets of PP discs, 2 sets of dumbbell bent over reverse flys, set of dumbbell seated military press and set of dumbbell standing flys in the books. Planning to power walk 2 miles later.
So far.....Walked a brisk mile early then 2 sets of seated dumbbell military press, 2 sets of dumbbell concentration curls, 2 sets of dumbbell reverse flys and one set of dumbbell regular curls.
Standing dumbbell bicep curls, standing dumbbell upright rows that are modified for shoulder safety, bent over dumbbell reverse flys, bent over dumbbell rows and dumbbell squats.
Hamstring curls, then a brisk mile walk. Later I did a partial upper body weight lifting workout doing dumbbell floor press, seated military press, standing dumbbell fly and skull crusher.
