hello , i am an 83 yrs old young at Heart Grandmother of 2 boys aged 22yr and 18yrs , their Mother died just recently (my daughter ) so i hopefully will be around for a few more years to keep my eye on them .. i eat healthily and like my Holidays to the Canary Islands .. i live in Scotland ..

i dance every morning to Lady Gaga alone in my spare bedroom , no-one sees me so i can do whatever moves i feel like doing.. keeps me fit .. i do this because i used to walk 4 miles every morning but my hip hurts me now when i do so i had to stop .. funny enough it doesnt bother me when i dance ..
