I only listen to two talk radio stations on the FM band. Everything else is today's music and is painful to listen to. Spanish radio has appeared too so times have changed.

I guess you could define living as doing what you enjoy every day, but age takes some of that away which leaves you with existing sometimes, but the next lower state is dead, so existing isn't all that bad after all.

Front and back entrances have 3 steps with handrails which I use. Basement has 12 steps with a handrail. It takes some forethought when bringing up laundry but it's doable.
