    Sometimes the scale just doesnt move ...sigh...

    I've lost just half a Kg in last three weeks by walking 3000/4000 steps a day in my home ( not all at once, usually 500/600 steps at a time, I'm not too overweight ( 67.2 now) but my waist is out of proportion to the rest of me, I look like an ostrich, round body and legs like toothpicks ...

    I don't know about 'fashionable' but I think that a lot of women just can't be bothered with colouring their hair ( if they ever did ) I've been dyeing my hair since I was 16yr old, the only colour that looked horrific was black, as I'm quite pale ...made me look like a Goth, long before goth...

    , I started 'counting steps' just over a week ago, now doing 400 steps every hour ( apart from normal chores) , just walking around my home, as well as using Youtube exercises for seniors ... Boy, some of them are really fit, I haven't managed a full 10min session without stopping ( yet ) but...

    How do you make your meatloaf moist?

    I grate an onion and mix it in with panko breadcrumbs and always use beef mince with a decent amount of fat, too lean and it will be dry ... also, John Douglas says, can't beat the IP
