What foods or drinks do you consume every day?

Organic decaf coffee with cream for breakfast everyday. Raw, unsalted cashews, pecans and/or pumpkin seeds for everyday snacking. Water everyday. Tropical fruit everyday. I'd much prefer a slice or two of pizza everyday, but the other stuff keeps me healthy, so I do pizza once in a while...

    The historic NYC subway token

Yes, I remember the subway tokens. When my grandmother was growing up in NYC the tokens were very small in size. They were easy to lose inside deep pockets. I'm about to use the OMNI card next week. I hope it works.

    Classical Music

A YouTube artist combined a re-creation of the Roman colosseum with Nessun Dorma aria from Puccini's Turandot. The video walks us through the corridors, passing by a colossal statue, and on to the doorway opening to the arena below.

I don't watch TV. I find YouTube endlessly entertaining, so that's what I watch. I'm a fan of old movies and find a lot of them on YouTube. I never thought I could sit through more than 10 seconds of a silent film, but found Valentino's movies captivating. Even without sound, he was...

    To 'make' your feet....feel 'good'...

When I was in my twenties I used arch supports in my figure skates, but never used them in shoes. Years go buy and I discovered Dansko clogs with built-in arch support. Now I only wear Dansko clogs - perfect for someone with a high arch.

What Are You Stocked Up On?

I stock up about a month's worth on groceries since there are so many supermarkets within walking distance. My biggest stock is cosmetics which I get on sale. I refrigerate all of it to keep it from going stale. I have enough for the next 5 years.
