  • 1 cup of almond or coconut milk, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, Some honey (we put about a 3/4 of a teaspoon) a little bit of pepper, and nutmeg finely on top of the drink after you poured it. We let it simmer on the stove @ low or 2 right after dinner till bout an hour or half an hour before bed. Hope that helps, My wife and I crave it now.. and 8 out of 10 nights I sleep perfectly.
