It wasn't the phone tone that woke me. It was the following announcement that seemed to go on forever , and @ an increased volume .

Saturday night @ about 3:am a missing child [Amber] alert came out over the phone ! Woke me up, couldn't go back to sleep . Don't get me wrong, I'm all for protecting children but ..... it was a parental abduction , and I really doubt that we needed to be alerted @ three in the morning.
