    What scares/creeps you out?

No, wasn't Twilight Zone. Maybe, I'll watch it, but with the lights on and a scatter gun nearby :eek:o_O;):ROFLMAO:

    What scares/creeps you out?

Dolls. There was an episode on Night Gallery that really bugged me about a doll. Also Trilogy of Terror, TV movie with Karen Black about a evil doll that came to life. Now, someone gave my wife a carved black wooden doll riding a chopper. Has long hair, a grass skirt, with a mean look. It's...

The "She shredded her Junk Mail"

I tear out the address label with our information, shred that, and throw the rest in the recycling bin. I may start mailing back prepaid envelopes either empty or with confetti inside. Of course, they'll track me with my DNA to find me. Foil hat won't work.🤪

    Pawpaw can fix it!

My daughter had something that broke and my 5 year old grandson said call Pawpaw, he'll fix it! My son in laws are good guys but don't ask them to install a garage door opener, fix a leaking faucet or install a sprinkle system. Their talents are of the more white collar mangerial persuasion...

    Got my new hearing

Got my first hearing aid from the VA. Only needed left ear since right ear doesn't have the same amount of loss. I never really had a hard time hearing with my left but sometimes in certain situations I had a bit of trouble. I'm hearing every little thing now. Keys jingling, paper rustling...

    Eye floaters at night

In a dark room looking out into some light. Right now I'm watching TV in a semi dark room, there's light coming from the room behind me and I just saw it briefly. Looked like a fly going across.

    Eye floaters at night

I have something new aside from a floater I currently have in my right eye. It looks like an insect flying across the upper part of my vision and I can't tell which eye its in. I mostly see it if I'm in a dark room looking out into a lit area. Doesn't happen all the time. I keep thinking...

    Is this a scam #

My wife got the same thing, she clicked the link, I didn't. I think it's a robocall and if you click the link you're subscribed. We've gotten alerts before but it's an alarm tone followed by a message about a storm or public safety event (shooting).

I am an Atheist and always have been.

If there is no higher being, ok. What if there is, what if they're right? I err on the side of caution, if there's nothing else, no harm no foul. Take your beliefs to the grave, if there's nothing you'll never know it, if there is you will.

    Catastrophic coverage for meds

Sounds like me, not a problem really it's just that I've crunched all the different numbers in different ways to arrive at their stated amount but it's always off. Must be some kind of vodoo math. Still I don't think we hit $400.00 out of pocket yet and already meds are $00.00.

    Catastrophic coverage for meds

Medicare and private insurance. Limit is over 2000.00, I don't remember off hand. I have Medicare Part D but I don't know how they arrive at that number.

    Private insurance once retired.

If you cant afford it, but I've been paying into it since day 1, came out of my paycheck so I never missed it. I'd also heard from other fed retirees to keep my insurance and get Medicare at 65 and far as I know most do. Signing up for Medicare is a given but anything else depends on your...

    Catastrophic coverage for meds

For the last couple years, wife and I pay zero out of pocket for meds after the catastrophic limit is reached. No complaints on that. I do scratch my head at how they arrive at that figure. My actual out of pocket cost is lower yet they say I hit a higher amount. Again no complaints, but the...
