You can't make this up:
Mangione, the guy who murdered the health care CEO, now has a musical named after him. And tickets are sold out.
While cold bloodedly murdering Brian Thompson, Mangione has become the poster child for the immense distaste for the health care system.
Now, there's a musical version of the incident - to sold out crowds.

Didn't know the theater held as many as 49. What amazes me is that Mangione is some kind of hero taking on the corrupt, evil healthcare system. And oh, yeah, he killed a guy, but that's ok.

I have the Children Of Sanchez album. I woke up one night hearing this beautiful, enchanting song on the T.V. which was Consuelo's Love Theme. Back then you had to buy the entire album to get a song you liked by Jazz artists. I also love Bellavia. I have to say though...he's not the smoothest trumpet player in the world.
