I like moist Feta in salads but can't stand the dried out stuff commonly sold in plastic tubs in grocery stores.

I always liked the way the Pennsylvania Dutch described strong or stinky cheese: "My, that cheese is loud today!"

Feta is a Greek brined white cheese made from sheep milk or from a mixture of sheep and goat milk.
Goat cheese is its own thing. Texture and flavor are different.

I've always liked feta cheese. Also Bleu cheese. To me they taste nothing alike.

I love Blue cheese, but I don't like feta cheese, it's a standard addition to salads in Greece, and it's horrible, too salty and too acidic.

Yes! Love and and miss it since dairy started doing a number on my gut a few years ago (not lactose but casein). I've tried a few vegetarian substitutes but they don't have the real deal sharp tang and have a weird texture.
