Heard an interesting fact from financial advisor..

I do find it so amusing when somebody says they are not posting any more and then posts several more long posts on , well,exactly what they said they weren't wasting any more time posting about. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

yes you are so rich and your money making is so important - you are correct , it is wasted words, you don't need t o waste any more of them bragging saying so.

oh i certainly will dispel the crap this poster keeps dreaming up.

i hate bull sh*t which this poster just seems to be filled with.

he wants to show i did not do well with this investment but he is grabbing at straws and us just spewing nonsense

douglas elliman handled rent collection and sales of the apartments .

Almost as good as the members who announce they're leaving because of [insert generic offense of the week] and then sticking around long enough to watch others beg them to stay and say how wonderful they are. :rolleyes:

But there are quite a few amusing things... like former members trying to come back with a new username and "knowing" all about us after being here only a week or two... definitely a "tell." But 🤫 .

We are in the same condition. There are people who would say we are poor, but we are comfortable, with no financial problems.

for your information 3.44 households have 4 million OR MORE

I couldn't care less how well yo u did with your investments or whether his view is correct either - just amused me that you keep posting about it over and over after saying you weren't posting any more.

I'd kind of like to see a poll about how many members give a flying fig about how much or how little money the rest of us have. It's kind of weird for this venue to even announce it... there are financial forums that could give the back pats and validations that sometimes seem so needed.
 
like i said , if he keeps posting nonsense i will dispute it in this thread .

let him go spread his bull shi*t with someone else , i won’t take it with out calling him out on it
 
If someone have $10 or even $5 millions, he would not post 3.44%($4million), given the history of this person bragging about his wealth. This is just my stupid logic.
