Obscure Actors that we rememeber from our childhood

Mission impossible Greg Morris, Barbra Bain, Martin Landau....Peter Graves was recognizable.

For really obscure, there was Sally Baker. She was the hobo Kelly character, in a children's show.

Then there was Rodney Carl Anderson
Better known to the Portland Oregon audience as "Rambling Rod" it was actually broadcast till 1997. I had gone on the show when I was 9 or 10. That of course was 1969/70.

Outer limits actors

Philip Abbott: Also appeared in multiple episodes.
Robert Fortier: Played multiple roles.

Rod Sterling, who could ever forget that MC of The Twilight Zone or, Night Gallery.

Lex Barker, as Tarzan. Much better looking than Johnny Weismuller.

Marion Lorne (1883 - 1968). Specialized in playing befuddled and absent-minded older woman. Best remembered for her portrayal of Aunt Clara on "Bewitched".

Oh, she was great! My favorite performance of hers was in the legendary Alfred Hitchcock movie, Strangers on a Train (1951) in which Lorne played Mrs. Antony, Bruno Antony's (Robert Walker's) mother. Her playing a confused nut was the perfect mother for Bruno.

Jack Mullaney - mostly a comic actor, but had more serious roles on several episodes of "Alfred Hitchcock Presents". Guested on many TV shows in the 1960s and as a regular on "Ensign O'Toole", "My Living Doll" and "It's About Time". Passed away at the relatively young age of 52 from a stroke.
