How old do you feel

92 year old Carol Burnett did a podcast with Amy Poehler. When Amy asked Miss Carol how old she felt, Carol pondered for a moment and replied 11 years old. I feel like I am 11 years old.

It prompted me to ask the question on this forum, how old do you feel?
 

I had a hard time getting over the flu I had early last month. With all the aches and pains around that time, I felt really old. Then came the freezing weather, and I stayed cold all the time. When the outdoor temps made it to the upper 50s. I got out for errands, but still felt cold, even with a jacket, but people were out in short sleeves. That makes me feel older.

I look forward to summer - I always have more energy and feel younger when I'm out and do more. There is some minor work I want to do on my house. When I get into things like that, it's invigorating and it helps me feel younger / better all around.

Good for you, Mitch. Wish I could handle those 4000 steps but in my case, those days are behind me.
 
There are moments when I feel youthful. There are so many variables such as time of day, weather, news reports, mood, medication and whether or not the semi feral kitties have come in for a visit.
