How old do you feel

92 year old Carol Burnett did a podcast with Amy Poehler. When Amy asked Miss Carol how old she felt, Carol pondered for a moment and replied 11 years old. I feel like I am 11 years old.

It prompted me to ask the question on this forum, how old do you feel?

Oh, maybe around 40 or thereabouts.

Except when I look in the mirror.. then I figure I must have died of old age and didn't notice..

I don't think I feel any different to when I was 30.... except I have pains that I never had when I was 30... but really, aside from getting tired more often.. I still don't feel almost 71

That’s really good. I like it. It reads like something I’d write about getting older.

I feel 30 or 35 most of the time. Once in a while the 12 year old comes out for things like playing in the snow. And then when I've worn myself out with housework or hiking, gotta push that number up to 45.

Carol's 92 ?? I'm 92 and I suppose that I feel that age. Blind in one eye. Partially blind in the other.
Dependent on my 90 year old wife along with my kids and grandkids.

I'd say I "feel" that 92 and is about right.

I had a hard time getting over the flu I had early last month. With all the aches and pains around that time, I felt really old. Then came the freezing weather, and I stayed cold all the time. When the outdoor temps made it to the upper 50s. I got out for errands, but still felt cold, even with a jacket, but people were out in short sleeves. That makes me feel older.

I look forward to summer - I always have more energy and feel younger when I'm out and do more. There is some minor work I want to do on my house. When I get into things like that, it's invigorating and it helps me feel younger / better all around.

I feel around fifty at least today. It's my son's 50th birthday today and right around 50 is when I got legal custody of his 3 yr old son. One of the most wonderful parts of my life.

I feel 90 years old which is my age. Adolf Hitler was the Leader of Germany when I was born in 1935. By the way I walk 4,000 steps every day to keep me living. Some of you folks may try the same formula for a long life. I use my Samsung phone and watch to clock my steps.

Good for you, Mitch. Wish I could handle those 4000 steps but in my case, those days are behind me.

People that knew me will tell you that I have always been middle age.
When I was young people thought I was older. Now that Im older people think Im younger.
So fifty sounds about right. ( FYI Im 76)

I feel my age, which is 68. I can still get around alright, but I can't play sports any more due to tendonitis in my shoulders and knee problems, which make me feel old.

There are moments when I feel youthful. There are so many variables such as time of day, weather, news reports, mood, medication and whether or not the semi feral kitties have come in for a visit.
