Tragic but only one fatality. Possible gas leak investigation had just started. Lucky it happened before that snow storm that going to hit NYC.

UPDATE
Apparently caused by a homeless guy who broke into his ex's apartment and ripped/took the stove out of the wall/apartment to sell for money. The have video of him pushing the stove out of the apartment.
