10 Habits And Foods That Destroy Kidney Function

"Everything in moderation", has always been my adage in life, and hoping and praying that's enough to get me by/help me reach the end with no damage or health woes.
 

This sounds like yet another source stressing the importance of maintaining a good balance of Diet and Exercise. In today's world, probably half of the health problems are "self induced".
 
Excellent post HD..thank you! I know it's true about the red meat. I had a good friend who loved his meat. I used to warn him that he was eating far too much red meat. He wound up with failed kidneys and had to go on dialysis for several years. About 6 years ago he finally got a kidney transplant. He was happy to be able to travel again. Unfortunately, he died unexpectedly in 2019.

Being diabetic, I keep up with my kidney function and discuss my lab test results in length with my doctor. So far, so good.
