I don't have diabetes, (Thank God), but I do love my popcorn. When I worked as a pilot for United, the cockpit would sometimes look like a row in a movie theater after we landed. I always had a bag of popcorn by my side, along with empty bottles of water.

My husband has Type II diabetes. I make many of those snacks on hand. I also have a jar of chia seed that I add to a lot of stuff I make. I put them in soup, burgers and all that. He loves cottage cheese, and puts a bit of catsup on it

Large curd cottage cheese mixed with diced tomato has been a favorite go-to snack for a long time.

Just heard the report of Penny Marshall dead at 75 from diabetes complications.

There is so much info on Grape Seed Extract and controlling and reducing diabetes,,,so so many have no idea about this info.

The above snack are all great.
