I get a kick out of these recipes that state "15 minute prep time". Just made some zuchinni bread. Flour and peelings all over the place, egg beaters, egg beater cast off, etc. A good 5-10 minutes just to round up all the ingredients! Then the clean up of the whole mess! Of course I knew it would not be 15 minutes. But it was worth it - the zuchinni bread turned out perfect!
