Congrats all round to the born & bred Auckland singer 'Lorde' who has won two Grammys for song of the year and for best pop solo performance.
Lorde won song of the year for Royals, which she performed a stripped-down version of as the second act of the 56th Grammy Awards in Los Angeles today.
Royals co-producer Joel Little described the song of the year win as "intense", and said it was a "complete honour".

Adele is great, Rkunsaw...and she can sing?
did you see Skyfall?

She sang the theme song.

Because I love all kinds of music and am especially interested in what the talented young people are creating am well acquainted with Lorde. Ella Yelich-O'Connor is a fantastic and brilliant young woman who has been recording for many years. Very mature and wise beyond her years and, yet, still a teenager in spirit. I love her.

Yes, congrats to her for her winning not 1, but 2 Grammy Awards....... :applause:

We only listen to FM radio and it's on most of the day, so have heard her latest songs.
I'm not a real fan but think it's great that a young New Zealander like her has done so well.
:goodjob:
