This baby-boomer's musical tastes goes back further, probably because of listening to grandma's extensive 78rpm records as a child.
When Christina Aguilera released "Candyman" in 2007, I commented that it was a remake of The Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy by The Andrews Sisters. Not as good as Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy, but great to dance to.

After Tammi died is when Marvin started having social problems. He had a real thing for Tammi, but when she died after suffering from a brain tumor, Marvin kind of gave up on life. Not much seemed important to him anymore. Marvin wasn’t Marvin anymore.
