1980's New Wave music in the Mid Hudson Valley

Thanks for the memories.

Several years ago we attended concerts called "The Lost 80's" hosted by a local radio station. We stopped going because most of the acts were over-the-hill and had lost their voices. We were fortunate enough to see Berlin, Patty Smythe from Scandal, Book of Love, When In Rome and the B-52's for a cut-rate price. We also saw Wang Chung, fronted by a new singer. They were still fantastic but we had to endure all the others first.

U R quite welcome. Living in Hopewell Junction in the 80's were the best times in my life. Clubs and bars everywhere. Poughkeepsie had only one small venue for concerts so I had to go to New Paltz College. I got to see 38 Special at a C&W club on the NY/CT state line. Well I yakked enough. Stay tuned, more to come.
