The free speech provision can bind a private entity just like the govt. if the facts are right.

 
There are several cases of PTSD being reported daily in the psychology departments of each state due to the pandemic of 2020. It is a serious problem.

If anyone here reads RT news and several other foreign news sites, you will see that racism is very much alive in Germany and other European countries. Openly so and too bad if you are offended by it. If you are, you are either thin skinned or aligned with those the bigots attack.

These Countries think Americans are a bunch of wimps and whining cry babies who are offended by anything and everything. Check out the many news sites from other countries where they allow comments. Eye opening to say the least.
